1. What that's means ? Well, when you copy a formula cell, the references of your cell move. Most generally it's what you want but in some case it is not convinient

2. To block the references of a cell, you have to press the key 'F4' when you select this cell in your formula
|

3. A fixed cell has the symbol $ around the letter of the cell. The first one means that the reference of the column is blocked, the second indicates that the reference for the line is blocked
