1. The second method uses the toolbar.

 

2. Highlight the cell(s) to be copied, click on the "Copy" button on the Standard toolbar.

 

3. Then move your current cell to another location. And click on the "Paste" button.

 

4. The third and quickest method uses the keyboard.

 

5. Highlight the cell(s) to be copied and press the CTRL and C keys. The cell is now copied.

 

6. Move your current cell to another location and press CTRL and V keys. The cell is now pasted.

 

7. The last method uses the mouse.
